Quarterly Meeting

The Quarterly Meeting date has changed!!

The Sherman Hill Association Quarterly Meeting will be held on TUESDAY, JANUARY 25, at Metro Market. 6:30 potluck, 7:00 meeting.

Eric Anderson, the City Manager, will be attending. He is meeting with all the Des Moines neighborhoods to listen to ideas about our issues and future goals. Here's a chance to express your ideas about how to make Sherman Hill and Des Moines a better place.

Reminder: Don't forget to pay your dues for 2005!

Volunteers needed!

So people say, "Bet you're glad the Hillside is done!" Well, folks, it's not done yet.

There is still a chunk of work that needs to be completed. We need your help (desperately)! So far, we've sold two units and the owners have moved in. But we're out of money until that last unit is sold, so we're depending on the great volunteering neighbors of Sherman Hill.

Thank you for any effort you can provide. It takes a village!
